About 2–3 days once we've had your interview and have the basics we need. Custom projects are scheduled as part of their quote.
(02)Do I have to write any content?
No. We write every page from your interview. The content is AI-drafted and then reviewed and edited by our team, so it's unique to your business, which also helps you get found on Google.
(03)What do I need to have ready?
Just your business details, whether you own a domain, and your logo if you have one. If you have specific images you would like on the site, let us know. Everything else comes out of a short interview.
(04)What if I don't like the design?
Small alterations are part of the service; a major overhaul or very specific design is better suited to a custom quote. See our cancellation page for more details.
(05)How do custom projects work?
Custom websites and template-only builds skip the checkout. Send us the details through the quote form, we'll send you a clear quote, and nothing starts until you're happy with it.
(06)Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Every monthly plan includes up to 2 hours* of updates each month. Just send us what you need changed and we'll take care of it. Major changes that fall outside of the 2 hours of updates are billed at our standard rate.
(07)HTML or WordPress?
Either. We lean towards HTML because it's faster and much less likely to be hacked, but we'll happily build in WordPress if you prefer. Not sure? We'll help you decide on your review call.
